foreign mobile number, please follow the steps below to update your
email address.
Email Update Process:

Enter your Account Number, Date
of Birth, NID Number and the Mobile Number
linked to your account to receive notifications from the
bank.

Enter your Email Address.

If all the provided information matches, an OTP will be sent to your
registered mobile number.

Upon successful OTP verification, an email verification link will be
sent to the email
address you provided.

Click the email verification link to
complete
the
process.
Mobile Number Update Process:
1
Enter your Account Number, Date
of Birth and NID Number.
2
Enter your the new Foreign Mobile
Number and last four digits of your current mobile
number.
3
Attach application form photo and your photo in the prescribed format.
4
Submit your request for review. A Dutch-Bangla Bank official will
verify and process
your request within 3 working days.
